The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or via a third party acting on the user's behalf — is strictly prohibited. v444 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances held in duplicate accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes. Identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") is required before the first withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid national identity document (CNIC) or passport. v444 may also request proof of address and/or proof of payment method at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
v444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and Easypaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods. These limits are subject to change at v444's discretion with reasonable prior notice to users.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to the v444 account balance instantly upon successful payment authorisation. Bank transfer deposits are credited on the same business day, subject to the operating hours of the receiving institution. v444 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
v444 bears no responsibility for delays caused by the user's payment provider, banking system interruptions, or events outside v444's reasonable control.
All bets and wagers placed on v444 — whether on cricket, other sports, live casino games, slots, or crash titles — are final once confirmed by the system. v444 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances set out in the applicable product-level rules, including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, or material error in the published odds or game conditions.
In the event of a system error, network interruption, or manifest error that results in the publication of incorrect odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations, v444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to user balances. v444 is not liable for losses arising from a user's reliance on erroneous information published due to technical malfunction.
The results of all casino games, slots, and crash titles available on the v444 platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcomes of live dealer actions. v444 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the v444 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to network interruption; financial losses arising from bets placed during a period of technical malfunction; or any reliance on information published on the v444 platform that is later corrected.
v444's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their v444 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
v444 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, though v444 takes reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and security.
v444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time for any of the following reasons:
Upon account closure for cause, v444 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where closure is not for cause, any verified PKR balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable time.
Users may close their own account at any time by submitting a request via the account settings page or by contacting v444 support. Voluntary account closures for responsible gaming reasons are treated as self-exclusion requests and processed under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
v444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the v444 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the v444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time a specific transaction or event occurs shall govern any dispute arising from that transaction or event, except where a later version is expressly agreed by both parties to apply retrospectively.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to v444's operational jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a user and v444 arising from these Terms or use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting v444 support. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of v444's operational jurisdiction. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
