Transaction and Gaming Data: Records of all deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, games played, bet outcomes, and account balance movements are retained for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

• Performance Cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how Pakistani users interact with the v444 platform, which pages are most visited, and where performance improvements can be made. No individual user is identified through this data;

9. Payments and KYC Data Privacy

Given the financial nature of the v444 platform — processing PKR deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — payment and identity data is treated with the highest level of sensitivity within our data handling practices. Specifically:

• v444 does not store full mobile wallet PINs, bank account credentials, or card numbers on v444-operated servers. All payment credentials are tokenised and processed exclusively by the respective certified payment provider;
